Policies and procedures

Your images never have to leave your sight. Customers local to Bloomington, Indiana may bring their images in and we can digitally scan them while you wait. Other customers may send their images in digital form at 350 dpi in the size you want your final images to be. If you can not put them in digital form high quality copies are acceptable though clarity maybe decreased. Whenever possible, final images are approved by the customer via e-mail before they are sent to the printer.

Rosie Lenses provides FREE consultations for any and all of the services we provide.

Prices are based on consultations and determined by factors such as original image quality and condition, services desired, output sizes, and difficulty of project. For alterations, the higher the quantity and quality of applicable images available the easier the project will be. Consultations are available in person or by mail or e-mail with images included. All customized service prices listed in this website or giving sight unseen are only estimates. A 25 percent non-refundable deposit is requested at the time of each order. Rosie Lenses strives to meet all reasonable expectations of each of our customers but cannot be held financially responsible for disatisfactory results. Both parties must agree to handle any disputes outside of court before services may be rendered. This disclaimer is merely to protect both parties from frivolous lawsuits.
